iliac Golf is a custom, high-end leather goods company aiming to provide the highest-quality goods, the fastest turn times, and a premium customer experience. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Digitization Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for digitizing custom logos, initials, and phrases for our custom leather pieces.

Responsibilities

• In-house digitization of logos, initials, names, and phrases based on customer request
• Timely completion of deliverables, completing all customer digitization requests within the day

Experience & Requirements

• Prior demonstrated experience in digitization
• High attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks promptly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to speak/understand Spanish is helpful, but not required

The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day production activities and keeping operations running efficiently. This position oversees workflow, inventory, material movement, and production readiness to ensure each station has the work and supplies needed to maintain consistent output. The Production Supervisor will monitor production closely, address delays or bottlenecks as they arise, and work alongside management to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the continued growth and expansion of the factory. This is a full-time position; compensation will be determined based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming materials, supplies, and production components
• Maintain accurate and organized inventory records
• Monitor daily production schedules and keep each station supplied with sufficient work
• Recognize production bottlenecks, delays, and workflow problems and take action to resolve them
• Work with management to develop and implement improvements to production processes
• Help ensure production deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met
• Coordinate and communicate production priorities between departments and employees
• Assist with inventory counts, material organization, and forecasting future material needs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe production areas
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives that support factory growth
• Provide guidance and training to production employees when necessary
• Monitor production performance and provide regular progress updates to management
