How soon will I hear back?
We reply to every inquiry, usually within one business day, with a recommendation and next steps.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Pricing depends on how many of each piece you order, so tell us your quantities and we will send a quote.
When do event orders arrive?
For The Fitting Experience, pieces ship direct to each guest two weeks after the event. For The Custom Shopping Experience, each piece ships direct to the guest after they check out. For The Curated Piece, items are delivered before the event date.
What does shipping cost for an event?
The Fitting Experience adds $25 per guest, which covers shipping and our travel. The Custom Shopping Experience adds $15 flat shipping per guest. Pieces are priced wholesale in both.
Can guests spend more than the gifted amount?
Yes. With The Custom Shopping Experience you fund a per-guest credit and guests can add to it from their own pocket. Most do, typically about 20% above the credit.
